The hotel rooms are wonderful, spacious, and super clean, equipped with everything you need. However, there was a lack of storage space for clothes with smelly old wardrobes. The attentive service is fabulous with staff always willing to help, even offering extended stays during unexpected situations like tropical storms. The location, though not central, is spectacular and well-kept near Maen Nam beach. The dining experience is impressive, especially with a server going above and beyond. The hotel facilities are great, offering various services to cater to guests' needs.
